Hi, I’m Martina, a qualified personal trainer, founder of Fit Mná and busy mam!
I know how hard it is to fit fitness in when you have small kids, naps and night times are unpredictable. You want to have more energy and be able to pick up your kids without having to tell them they’re too big. But you don’t know where to start!
That’s where Level Up comes in. You don’t even need a gym, all you need is a set of dumbbells and 30 minutes! I have used this same formula to help me build muscle and get stronger after pregnancy.
