How does it work?

Phase 1 : BEGIN First 4 week block we are focusing on getting familiar with the workouts, building a routine and getting started with nutrition support. Workouts are split into upper, lower and full body.

Phase 2 : BUILD Second 4 week block focusing on hypertrophy. Workouts split into upper, lower and full body so you have energy for the next workout. Nutrition focuses on protein and carbs for this phase.

Phase 3 : BURN Third 4 week block focusing on metabolic workouts. All full body workouts to rev your metabolism and burn fat. Expect to get sweaty! Nutrition focuses on maintenance and moderation for this phase.

Hi, I’m Martina

I am a qualified personal trainer, pregnancy and postpartum coach, founder of Fit Mná and Mammy!

I love lifting weights for how it makes me look and feel. I have helped 100s of women in person and online to get stronger and enjoy training.

Level Up was created because women who had done BABS wanted the next step. They still wanted to train at home. After my own pregnancy and rehab I realised I wanted that too.

  • A set of dumbbells (ideally a heavier and lighter set, but we can make whatever work)

    A resistance band

    A kettlebell

  • This will be a great program for you once you have rehabbed your core and pelvic floor.

    You can join the Academy on either the pregnancy or BABS programme.

  • This program is for all ability levels, I can help you make the adjustments you need to make it work for you. You can message me anytime with questions/concerns or get some extra coaching! you also have lifetime access to so you can repeat the workouts again

  • Life is busy I get it! There is always going to be something that gets in the way. You need to get comfortable with done is better than perfect, toddler in the room or shorter than planned workout.

  • If within the first 7 days of the programme starting you change your mind you can get a full refund no questions asked. After 7 days, you have committed to the programme and there is no refunds
