    Online strength class designed to help keep you active during pregnancy. Two recorded workouts per week and one live class modified based on your stage of pregnancy and any symptoms you maybe experiencing. Complete pregnancy plan with yoga and exclusive doula chats included.

    Online postnatal classes for after baby.

    Reconnect core and pelvic floor, realign your body. Learn movements that will enhance your postpartum recovery so you can get back t the activities you love. Three workouts per week in 30 minutes or less.
