Women only beginner strength class in Emo, Co. Laois
Learn how to lift weights safely, tone up and get fitter.

Classes are limited to 10 women so you get individual coaching but the fun of a group class.
Classes every Tuesday or Thursday at 7:30pm.
Next 6 week block starts 7th January

You know you should be doing strength training but you’re not sure where to start.

Gyms can be intimidating places with classes called hyrox or strength and conditioning, you’re not quiet sure what you are signing up to! Sound like you?

Don’t worry I’ve got you! This class is suitable beginners. I will help you learn how to lift safely with kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells.

Build muscle and look after your bone density, increase metabolism, look and feel great.

How does it work?

No matter what your fitness level, there is always an exercise for you to do.

I am a qualified personal trainer, pregnancy and postpartum coach, founder of Fit Mná and Mammy!

I love lifting weights for how it makes me look and feel. I have helped 100s of women in person and online to get stronger and enjoy training.

I realised that more and more women wanted to learn how to lift. They wanted a space for themselves where they could wok hard and see results. I’m delighted to be able to do this in Emo, Co. Laois.

  • This program is for all ability levels, I can help you make the adjustments you need to make it work for you. You can message me anytime with questions/concerns or get some extra coaching! you also have lifetime access to so you can repeat the workouts again

  • Yes! Exercise helps with burning calories and lifting weights BOOSTS your metabolism. Pairing the workouts with good nutrition will be the best for weightloss.

  • This will be a great program for you once you have rehabbed your core and pelvic floor.

    You can join the Academy on either the pregnancy or BABS programme.
