I can guide you through that first step and beyond with tailored personal training programmes. 


My One to One personal training programmes are tailored to your individual needs whether you are training during pregnancy or the postpartum period or new to fitness at any stage.

They take place once or twice a week, over Zoom, and you also get access to video demos to ensure you are doing everything right.

It can be confusing to navigate a workout programme on your own. Not knowing are you doing the exercises right or what are the best exercises for you? Not to mention how intimidating gyms can be! 

Don’t worry I take away all that guess work so you feel safe and confident with the exercises you are doing. With online personal training you can also train in the comfort of your own home, so you get your workout done in less time with less hassle. 

 “But I’m a beginner and don’t have any equipment or gear!”

 

Everyone starts somewhere and with me guiding you through your programme you won’t feel like a beginner for long. No matter the goal we can work together to get you there!

And all of my training programmes take into account the equipment you currently have. I can advise you about weights to purchase if you would like to invest. Ideally, you would have 2 dumbbells and a glute band before we get started.  Adding a weights session or two into your week will help you to tone up, burn more calories in the long term and keep your bones healthy.

 
 
 
 


What does the programme include?


The first session is an opportunity for me to see how you move, your ability, your experience and any goals you may have. From here I craft an individual programme for you including video demos. After this we have a 1 to 1 zoom session once/twice per week. Sessions start from €45 for 40 minutes. 

I don’t have a set number of sessions you need to commit to, all bodies and needs are individual and you may want more or less support from me. I only take on a small number of clients at a time as I want you to have the best service.

I’m new to exercise, Can you tailor plans to suit me? 

Yes! I love working with beginners. We can go as slow as you need to and I’ll be here every step of the way!

What if I don’t have any equipment?

That's OK. I can design programmes that just use your own bodyweight. 


I’m a runner and want to work on something specific.

I have first hand experience as a runner myself. Your programme will be specifically for your needs as a runner helping you to get stronger and stay injury free.
